CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
1.Administrative Operations: Oversee and manage the church's daily administrative operations.
2.Records Management: Maintain and organize church records, including membership databases, financial records, and meeting minutes.
3.Event Coordination: Coordinate church events, meetings, and schedules, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
4.Communication: Handle communication with church members, external parties, and the wider community through various channels (email, phone, social media).
5.Support to Vicar: Assist the Vicar with administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and preparation of documents.
6.Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the church office is well-organized and efficient.
7.Volunteer Coordination: Work with volunteers to support church activities and events, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared.
8.Financial Administration: Assist in basic financial tasks such as budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting.
1.Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and familiarity with administrative tools.
2.Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and a commitment to the mission and values of ACK St. Paul's Jamhuri Church.
Must hold a diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a church or non-profit setting
